• Material PreparationFollowing the design plans, necessary materials are prepared, typically including EVA, PE, PU, POLYFOAM, CORK, and other materials.

• CuttingUsing molds or templates, the materials are cut into the desired shapes and sizes.
• MoldingThe materials undergo processes such as cold pressing or hot-cold pressing to form them into the required shapes and structures of the insoles. 

• ProcessingFurther processing of the insoles may include trimming edges, perforating, carving, or incorporating special functional areas. 

• Inspection and Quality Control The dimensions, appearance, and functionality of the insoles are inspected to ensure they meet design requirements and adhere to quality standards.
